Usually, I play on ESOC maps for better resources and on maps with TPs. So how do I beat Dutch? What strategy should I use against them with those civs?

I don't think 10 Jeagers are stronger than 9 Iron troops, so imo don't. Invest in artileries may be better choice.

The more you still close to RE, the less you will attract new players or make old players come back. AOE3 have bad reputation, you have to prove it has changed will REAL change to make people mind different about the game and give it a try. Me and my friends mostly play on Voobly and it only has EP 4.1, so I wonder if it's really balance?? I once saw @Diarouga commented that EP 4.1 is much better than EP 6.x although I'm not sure about EP 7.1. It seems a lot of changes for me as a regular player to adapt to.

I feel like allowing Otto and Iro on RE will make the games somehow unbalanced. If they play BO3, they will use Iro in first game and use Otto and the 2nd game-->Wins.

Japan seems really strong as I tried it out today. Daimyo, wonders, army train in batch of 10 and you can see other player's posittion. The lack of eco cards doesn't matter since it happens to other players as well.

Is Iroquois any good? I mean they have the dance that can help spawn units faster...

I played Earth map FFA with my friends and the scenario only allows level 10 homecities. So I wonder: without the upgrade cards (like in AOE2), which civ is the best civ in late game (so I can play) at level 10 HC?

So if your opponent reach age 3 with china while having a TP in age 1, then how the hell would you stop him from kicking your ass?

It's up to you, if you're not planning to be a competitive player in tournaments then just try out different civs and figure your favorite ones. They're unique so it's fun to try them all out.
