I can't get access to my old account. I have username and email and cd key but I still can't get access to account. Someone told me as a last ditch effort to ask for a new account on here? Please?

I've been trying to contact microsoft for support on my account. I have username and the email that is attached to the account. I believe that should be enough since there is only the 1 email that is attached to the account. Every email I've found doesn't work..
