In addition to what has been said already, make sure you don't have your IP jumping around. To check if that's the problem, just run ipconfig and make sure you have the ipv4 address as the address you use port forwarding for. If this helps, you either need to set up a static ip or periodically check .....

I definitely think uhlans are not untouchable, but they should only be nerfed if they are too cost effective as a unit, not to balance the civ overall imo. To clarify, do you think we can nerf the fortress civ bonus, irrespective of any other changes? I see no point in nerfing 8 skirm considering ho .....

I would argue that there are three issues with German with regards to balance and design:

1. As stated by Zoi, the security and speed of their semi and the early fortress mass that results from this and in particular their age 3 civ bonus makes them somewhat too strong relative to current balance.
