I would like to question the starting time. The qualifying round (BO7) starts 23.30 or 00:30 in most European playerbaser and its like 05:00 AM in China.
This time is good only for NA and if I counted right, we have 2 of them out of 36.

Am I reading this right that is NOT Asia-only qualifier but just starting times are adjusted to Asia?

You cant always rely on the old and standard anymore if you wanna be the very top, considering how much new stuff is being added. It is not impossible to play but you have the learn the new civs and maps (and use money which sux). What was really bad in this tourney was that every qualifier is 2-day...

They should make a new civ with vills +10% gathering rate but 75hp. But nooooo, gonna be another civ with 3 vills and 300 buildings creating res.

Why do they have to bring it to every single new civ? Like dutch/japan (and china) were not enough. Part of strategy is trying to cover your back, not you just make buildings every corner which cant really be sieged cause the moment you go far enough to siege high-hp buildings, you lose your any kin...

India is so slow civ that you can literally visit a whorehouse middle of the game and still do whatever you want. Not that french is bad, its quite average at everything.

Why would you waste ur influence with artillery semi-ff.. Lifidi +akan mix is way more stronger and u can mass them from age 2. U can easily spamm them with 2 rax. Vills food mostly, few gold, use cattle for wood and golf when needed. Javelin solder suck at covering ur artillery, u need heavy infan...

How are AOE3 players doing in AOE4?

I just saw that aids is top 200 and could not believe my eyes. Though, 1000 games 1v1s help.
How are the others doing?

I am currently 1330 ELO with approximately 80 games. Playing mostly French. Its hard to find time to grind a lot of games.
