Going to assume it's the blood brothers age 4 card, a lot of civs have it and it grants all native champion techs - most of which are irrelevant for the game you're in but since there are so many nats in the game it adds 60k score or something

Haven't watched the replay but I definitely think it's possible, same guy OOS'd a game against me when I cleaned up his army and his profile shows a lot of games have gone OOS so chances are it wasn't a coincidence

Have you seen the team ladder lately? Most of the top 100 is just people who've been playing alongside their mate on a smurf account to boost their elo - feels like a waste of time for anyone who wants to just play semi-balanced team games
