Re: Statement about Revnak
Found the 10 year old PK drama thread. Some familiar participants in there. https://www.pkclan.net/viewtopic.php?t=4947 Takes me back lol. What a mess that was. Probably a pivotal moment for the community. I imagine it discouraged Japanese sponsors from sponsoring Western events and generally hurt ...

Re: How would you rate DE
they killed ranked team games which were the reason why I played aoe, haven't had a single fair 2v2 or 3v3. It's often like playing with ms vs majors teaming up. Because of it TAD and nilla are dead, so yea not really happy about DE

Re: im i a cheater?
it is quite sad that you can't take a few (rather discouraging) losses on a video game without raging and accusing your opponents of cheating tbh. You're one of those guys that indeed make me want to quit the game once again, frustrated nerds with whom I don't have to interact with irl. But I'll wai...

how do you check for moesbar btw? I don't want to accuse anyone for no reason and I could be wrong, but the nilla community is already very small so I rather make sure about who I pest before doing so. I believe lord_proper cheated in at least this game (several thousands discrepancy between food/g...

Re: Long hair... do care?
Your hair look fine the way they are right now for the interview; it’s much safer than long hair and you don’t want to give a reason for the interviewer not to hire you because it’s not conservative or neat enough according to his standards. Once you’re established at the firm you can still let them...

Re: Why is hand cav considered good now?
imo age3 hand cav can be great when you raid properly (thinking about lordraph/knusch according to recent tournament streams) and take good engagements, do particularly well at positioning your army (thinking about aiz in particular). From what I've seen on streams, no current aoe3 players multi tas...

Re: Where to eat cheap
I heard/read so many times that vegetable oils are bad for you that I just stopped using them except when I deep fry. I always use extra virgin organic olive oil and from what I know the healthy cooking fats are olive/coconut oil, butter and animal fats. I should say that my grandmother cooked fish ...

Re: Where to eat cheap
boil some water and stick some carbs in there to boil. high heat 8/10. spaghetti: 10 -14 minutes (throw at wall and it should stick), potatoes: 30-40 minutes (poke with knife), rice: use the same amount of water and rice (maybe a tad more water) add salt and garlic for adventure. learn to fry a pie...

Re: Where to eat cheap
I don't think fasting is very safe past 2-3 days unless you've been checked by a doctor beforehand. I've heard of fasting up to 30ish days but I'd probably try a one week fast sometimes in the future, sounds like an interesting experiment. Honestly I hope this thread is a joke, anyone 18+ should kno...

Re: my sweet dog is dying
I met 2 cavalier a few years ago who both died early last year (6 and 8 years old), one due to heart issues. From what I read and after spending some time with these dogs during my childhood, a good alternative would be a Brittany spaniel, which I plan to get in the future. It needs much more exerci...

Re: my sweet dog is dying
While I never had a dog but can't wait to have one, my guess is that the best way to get over the death of your dog is to get a new one? nope, it reminds you of the old one more. If I ever get a dog I would get more than one for sure, mostly for this reason. The more the better. I have to wake up a...

I'm one of those who don't like cilantro. I'd recommend a mix of some mentioned + a few others: herbes de provence. Great for bbqs (on chicken, grilled salmon, red meat), vegetables recipes like ratatouille, can also be used on pizza, it has tons of application. Most importantly, it smells like if y...

Re: The great sunscreen debate
for white people with clear skin, pretty sure there is no such thing as your skin getting used to prolonged sun exposure, its just not made for it. Brittany is the region with the highest number of skin cancer in France (3x national average) because mostly Celts live there and you don't really feel...
