Maybe use them against a native rush, since they have a 4x multiplier against them?

Passive heals from cleric-type units, surgeons and field hospitals (lol) work out of combat?
Active heals such as the chinese wonder, aztec firepit and french explorer get cancelled in combat.

Blaming the Crusades for Muslims' hatred of the West is incorrect. Around the same time as the Crusades, the Mongols, who were not Christian, wrecked a lot of the Muslim world. They devastated Central Asia and sacked Baghdad, and as the story goes, the river ran red with blood and black with ink fro...

Whether or not he was right about "the Jews ruin everything", murdering people and starting wars with the rest of the world isn't the hallmarks of a great leader. A great leader leaves lasting positive changes to their country, even if he might have screwed up in some way or another. The way Hitler ...

I never understood the apprehension for Disney owning Star Wars. You realize that they own Marvel too right? Those movies certainly didn't suck or were "Disneyfied". Disney was also behind movies like Pearl Harbor and Lincoln. Just because they own Lucasfilm and the Star Wars doesn't mean they'll ru...

I'm not sure Rods are even affected by that card.
What are the non-Spanish units that can make use of this card in a team game? For China at least, Ming army and Standard army are reduced by 25%. Too bad it isn't Old Han army instead.

Aztecs build healers, but don't use them as such. Warrior Priests can heal, but can also heal all units while dancing at the firepit. Indian Monks heal too, but it's more of a bonus thing in addition to all the other things they do.

BWKiC seems OP against Russia, but that alone doesn't make it that special. Lots of things are OP against Russia... I guess it would work as a way to avoid a long, drawn-out colonial struggle with Russia's cheaper and cost-effective units. Falcs blow away Strelets and knock down blockhouses, while t...

Iro can successfully rush India. If the right treasures are picked up and/or herdables eaten to get a very fast colonial, Iro can have enough tomas to seige down the Agra [strike]as it''s being built.[/strike] soon after it is built. There''s a video of it happening on either Interjection''s or Veni...

I guess Castrametation's equivalent would be 3 Falcs in Industrial. So probably 3 Falcs>'Castrametation as well?
How often do people even put Fort cards in your deck for each civ?

Fort or 2 Falcs? Also, how much is sacrificed to build the 2 falcs instead. They cost 200 wood + 800 coin, and then 300 for the foundry. What could be built with a similar amount of villager gathering time? When is it (if ever) worth it to send the Fortress age Fort card or Castrametation? Last rand...
