@milku3459 notification The Council Balance Team is working on it. It has gathered over 150 recorded games and the most recent ones, because they involve the newest meta. We aim for 400-500 recs to draw the first conclusions. As diarouga said, there is a very little room for subjectivity that way.

The capital-lettered maps trick can't be generalized.
