From a company standpoint they can't say anything else. If your a company you have to communitcate with the community in a positive fashion, even though that might not always be whats needed.

The reason why the servers are having some problems is that they have not been tested well enough before they were launched. Microsoft made it really difficult to join the beta testing which resulted in minimal participation (only a handful of people got in and rearly got to play since they were not...

YouTube Gaming is a good option for people with low connection. But not sure how many streamers in the community would use it since it does not allow for as much customisation as Twitch offers
