why the ckn and iron flail cav combo cost coin? none of the two units costs coin Americans never made arrow and bow themselves, they always bought from britain, so you are right they need gold not wood, thats what you get when americans design a chineese civ. Treaty Fanpatch: Release & Discussion Thread
Hello everyone, I've been busy with work and gone for a little while as a result. However, I am back with a new initial round of changes. There's still been some active discussion around other changes (you can look at the balance thread for some of the key points). Given that there is still some dis...

Gribeauval System card now increases artillery speed by 5% and increases Horse Artillery/Culverin dmg by 10% (from +25% dmg to Culverins, Mortars, Horse Artillery, and Falconets) It only increases artillery speed, plz fix it already We're holding off on that change. I can just edit the patch notes ...

New version here: m Changes from what charlemagen posted: Dutch: - Colbertism removed - Bank of Rotterdam and Bank of Amsterdam changes reverted China: - Ming Army costs the correct resources now (230w/230c), based on Keshik costs. The Google Doc has been updated with all the respective changes in b...

Re: Treaty Fanpatch: First Release
Some other changes I have found: *Rocket's bonus vs cavalry reduced to 0.75 (from 0.8) *Chinese Standard army cost changed to 250f 230g (from 250f 170g) These are both intended. 0.8 acts like 0.75 anyway, so I changed it to just not lie. The Standard Army cost increase is based on the cost increase...

Yeah I agree that instant nagis from Daymio is OP. Need more testing with decreasing the training times. _PI and milky disappeared, no one is working on the patch atm. Work has gotten the better of me the last few weeks. I'm still around, just haven't had much time. Some of my thoughts are below. J...

Re: Treaty Fanpatch: First Release
Thanks for the feedback. I've been pretty busy with work lately so I haven't had much time (even on weekends) to tackle patching. We've got some other changes lined up with the bug fixes that I intend to work on this weekend. Some of them are more impactful, so we'll be play testing them before we r...

Re: Treaty Fanpatch: First Release
Hello guys, Thanks for all the feedback. I'll work all of this in for the next round of changes that I can get around to. I got busy yesterday, so I didn't have time to respond (plus the weather is finally decent in Michigan, so I'm doing some trail riding on my bicycle at night right now). I'll try...

Re: Treaty Fanpatch: First Release
Hello guys, I've added a fix in for the Exalted Meteor Hammer upgrade (correctly gives 50% damage increase now), along with the French card prerequisite fix and some description fixes (thanks _NiceKING_). 1 Infinite Flying Crow is now 250c as it should be as well. The original post has been updated,...

Btw text should be edited too. There are many descriptions that give you "wrong" info. Please produce a list as you notice these things. I inherited this halfway through, so there's some changes that may not have stringtable updates due to me never implementing them. More than happy to fi...

No, could you please elaborate further? If there's specific things to address, I'll roll them into some changes and release a second version later on this week.

Standard Army now produces 3 Chu Ko Nu and 2 Keshik instead of 3 Chu Ko Nu and 2 Steppe Rider I do not have 3 Chu Ko Nu and 2 Keshik combo. Have you removed it? Nope, that's a bug. I've fixed it and uploaded the corrected files (same link as before). Please download them again and overwrite your ex...

Treaty Fanpatch: First Release
Hello everyone, As you may know, I'm one of the individuals working on the Treaty Fanpatch (currently it's principle developer). We are still working on getting it integrated into the ESOC Launcher and figuring out what exactly that will entail. However, we are fairly satisfied with its current stat...

Re: Treaty Balance Changes Notes
As seen on the stream, brit is probably the best tr civ in patch, I already suggested nerfing 2 rockets to only 1, which would maybe make it a possible to win matchup for civs without infinite artillery. This is a good thought, but we also might want to look into nerfing their overpop at the start ...

Re: Treaty Balance Changes Notes
Ye,giving Otto food silos would probably be good. I also like the idea of reducing the pop of bombards to 6 or 7. And ofc instant abus is a bit strange, should be removed. Maybe also increase the attack of bombards or give them something like 1.5 multiplier vs infantery? Atm it feels like bombards ...

Re: Treaty Balance Changes Notes
The problem with nerfimg explorers is that you are making treaty easier. Should be avoided at all costs. IMO you nerf ports in other ways so that they need to use those explorers well or they are not gonna win. I don't really agree that we are making Treaty easier by nerfing explorers. We are makin...

Re: Treaty Balance Changes Notes
Explorers are now tagged as Heavy Infantry. Bandeirantes (2 Explorer) shipment now reduces the HP of all explorers by 200. Why give explorers HI tag if you already nurfed the ports explorers by reducing 200HP? Good question. Our initial testing after we put in the Heavy Infantry tag showed that the...

Re: Announcing Treaty Titans Invitational - March 25th and 26th
The treaty patch is a two sided issue: One the one hand, the patch shouldn't be released before most things are balanced as far as possible (which is a hard thing to decide, when is it ready for publication/ when is it still not?). Because if there come later updates to the patch, many players will...
