Re: Squamiger's Giant World map - for those who like empire building

Easiest way to do this would be to utilize the "SC Starter" effect from Mister SCP's trigger pack . You'll need to use one effect per player, and make sure that the parameters "Use Explorer" and "Use TC Wagon" are set to true. This will spawn the appropriate explorer(s)...

Re: Squamiger's Giant World map - for those who like empire building

@Squamiger
But I dont think you can start in Nomad mode since it's a scenario, not a custom map

You could totally have the game start in nomad mode. It would just require a few triggers to add a covered wagon. If you need help with that let me know :P

Re: Trigger Happy

So uh... I haven't done the campaigns for AOE3 because I thought they looked cheesy and the only custom scenario I've seen by another player is the colloseum. I had NO IDEA about how much was possible with the scenario editor until I looked at this Zelda rpg. Just...wow. Guy spent a lot of time on ...

Re: Trigger Happy

I took a look at your map, and right off the bat I do have to say that your map design looks great. IMO, a lot of amateur scenario designers may have great ideas but they can't create an effective map to do so. The eye candy is pleasing and not too overwhelming, so good on that. Now onto my construc...

Re: Trigger Happy

Alright, so I took a look at your map. You're using the condition "QV Player Dead Units" to keep track of what kind of units have died. Now, if your scenario only has Player 1 and Player 2, this would work for keep tracking track of what units have died. This is because what ever units of ...

Re: Trigger Happy

u3753 The first trigger version used the condition if any unit gets killed then grant resources (does it include treasure guardians?, idk) + subtract the resources if a certain unit gets killed Then i replaced it with your condition if a certain unit type gets killed then effect grant resources (lo...

Re: Trigger Happy

Supahons, I'm not entirely sure what your example is trying accomplish in this case. Would you mind elaborating? But M925 is correct, it's impossible to track which specific type of units that you've killed.

Re: New idea for an scenario: Age of Legends

I tried to make this but the downside of the game is that units dont have spells or abillities to cast which makes it a bit boring. You could use a similar concept to Gatling Wars where instead of a hot air balloon to blow up enemy units you would need to use hot keys. For example you press "y...
