Re: Age III: DE Beta sessions starting in early February

Does the NDA include general subjective statements such as "I consider my experience with the AoE3:DE Beta as pleasurable" or "The Beta fits to my expectations"?

Re: England maybe leave EU june 23.

Isn't the existence of a written constitution already a significant difference in legal tradition?

I recently read something about American English being actually closer to the English of the 17th century than todays British English (source: trust me bro).

Re: England maybe leave EU june 23.

Oh yeah, Brexit is still not done. I recently heards something confusing about UK leaving at the end of January but also about necessary discussions to determine the relation between EU/UK to allow UK to leave by the end of the year. Quite opaque to me.

When can I expect UK finally to leave such that .....

Buff advanced mosque card by adding another button (named "Black Sea Slave Entrepote" or "Circassian Low-Wage Workers") that ships 12 vills for the cost of 1k gold.

If it is purely on addressing an anomaly: bad argument, no change needed.

You are looking for a laptop to play a 15 year old game. Just take the cheapest you can find with a mediocre graphics board and an acceptable display. You can easily use a 5 year old second-hand laptop.

Re: AoE3:DE

Regarding new civs, I think that the scope of AoE3 should be different than the one of AoE2. While AoE2 can include smaller kingdoms more easily, the concept of AoE3 seems to be rather focussed on great powers and colonial empires.

The time frame ~1500-1870 does not really include Africa, since the .....

They are only inferior to French ones if 1. the player invested two more shipments into cav upgrades than you and 2. if the French player actually builds hussars.
However, Ottoman hussars are still better than Portuguese or Dutch hussars in any case. So: no, they do not suck.

Your statement of " .....

Re: Who is going to stay on AOE3 and not go to AOE4?

Classic computer games are highly efficient at entertaining. You may have bought AoE3 14 years ago for 40 dollars, as I did. In the meantime, thousands of hours were played. Let's conservatively assume that I played 2000 hours of AoE3 in the past 14 years. On average I paid 2.5 cents per hour of ent .....

Re: Ottomans Discussion Thread

I think such a card would be more overpowered than slowly trainable and expensive spahis.
Given that spahi base stats are significantly superior to cuirs (max stats are 1537hp/68dmg + an area effect of 3 and hp regeneration), their cost should be around 180f/180c or ~525VS. A hussar costs 120f/80c o .....
