It's the ESOC way. I've been trying to find my inner Garja.

I was going to say "ez", but then it hit me that this is the results—not the scheduling thread—what's the point, then!?

Re: ESOC Rebranding

ESOC always were a bad name. Aoe3 Community, for example, would have been better. The overlap between that and Agecommunity (which was always going to disappear after a few years, regardless) would have been less damning to the organization, than that between ESO and ESOC – which is the reason the l...

Expect many marginalized core game features to be buffed with EP7. In the mean time, a balance update is overdue by three quarters of a year.

Re: Winter versions

I don't feel strongly on this, one way or the other, but when I first learned about this update, I was assuming there would be festive decorations on the maps, as opposed to just snow. Maybe that would have gone over better.

Re: ESOC Patch suggestions, comments and discussion

I only played against AI a bit after having taken some years off. I like the new maps, not so much the balance changes. A lot of cards have been overnerfed. Here's some suggestions on everything that bothered me: - 4 Mamelukes seems too weak now, reduce the gold cost somewhat to 900g maybe - schoon...

Re: ESOC Patch suggestions, comments and discussion

u348 what would be the best way to find out more about EP development and possibly get involved at some point? Or is that more like a restricted internal project without access for outsiders? Asking Eaglemut would be the best way. He's the one best suited to answering, as well as determining whethe...

Re: Spanish Discussion Thread

As Pecelot notes, Spanish is slated to be buffed with the next release. Additional general buffs were initially considered, but eventually scrapped, based largely on feedback – as is usually the case. While sensible changes, "Spanish Gold" and the "Unction" buffs were never inten...

You girls need to stop complaining about lag. Its not ppls fault aoe3 only has 1 server and its located in the USA. If ur from a continent thats far away like south america/asia/australia you are most likely to have lag with someone from a diferent place because if the distance. Aoe3 is an internat...

Re: edurdoscool vs Aizamk

tbh I did make a lot of mistakes, especially last game, but all in all I've always felt like the WC nerf (heavy cav tag) hit sioux pretty hard. feels like you need to use him like a daimyo now and keep him in the back, or you lose a large portion of your ability to take the initiative with speed. I...

A buff versus light cavalry makes more sense, to me, if anything. It just isn't within the scope of EP6, and hardly pressing enough to warrant an exception, though. Definitely something to consider for the next beta.

Re: New year's classic betting discussion

I understand the coincidense of browsing thru the sheets. However it's kind of your "job" for running a betting event even if it's your own money and time. Also no need to nag to me for asking :p Kinda sucks cause I would be in spot 1 after that series. Regardless thanks for answer. I def...

Rather penalize than ban. In this case though, it isn't feasible to identify any would-be cheaters (again, outside of looking at irregularities with big net gainers).
