Honestly they're not that good: 5sepoys, 600c, 600w, you need the vill if you want to match the european shipments but you also have a 8% malus which is huge.

Yea the best counters to azzy are Spain, brits and otto.
Fre/ger/india also do ok but I'm not sure they have the advantage.
