It's already disrespectful enough to the real AOE3 to have an equal number of DLC civs to Vanilla civs, outnumbering them 10-8 with knock off AOE3 civs would make the game more unrecognizable than it already is.

Lakota are traditionally a counter to Otto because of BR and also RR (+other good cards) with a very fast FF. I doubt any of that is particularly relevant in current DE meta. Civ bans end up being the players main rather than the strongest civ, it's easy to find out their most played civs in DE even without having played against them

I like the current balance, I think you can play without complaining that something is super broken.
