"dozens of shipments" lol. It's like 5 fortress unit shipments or so.

Do I have to explain why reducing the amount of uhlans (or units) is logical since the problem was germany having too many units? Alternatives like xp penalty and uhlan hp are definitely weirder.
And how isn't it easier to .....

Imo reducing the amount of uhlans you get in colo might change the civ too much yeah (plus it might be overnerf). The 2 extra uhlans you get with the first few colonial shipment .....

Yeah reducing the amount of free uhlans would have been an easier way to balance the civ. And it has been discussed a billion times, but instead we get weird shit because apparently design is more important than balance

Are you even sure attack dance doesn't boost ranged attacks of "siege" type? Sure it doesn't boost the "siege attack" action but that's another story.

There's no aztec unit that deals siege damage with their regular attack so idk.

That's not 0, but undefined. You're taking a shortcut, we're not allowed to divide by infinity in maths. Or to use infinity in any calculus for that matter. There's a reason why we bother writing "1/n tends towards 0 as n tends towards infinity .....
