For the record I don't feel like there's a real need for those bans in terms of balance (but idk the meta so can't really say), just saying it wouldn't be absurd in terms of design, considering it's a legacy tourney. I don't really care either way, unless something is really broken and I don't know ...

I think in a lot of cases those stupid DE additions could easily be listed and banned from the tourney, since it's legacy after all. Imo there's a case for not banning them if that would make the civ too weak. For example, otto without nizams still have a ton of available strats and are a very stron...
