anyways skirms are the dominent Unit, becouse of the age3 meta, not becouse they are really such a good unit.

I find it a bit sad, that lower level players, more then 50%, won't be able allowed to compete. It's a cool idea but I would rather have tournemants, for everyone and not only for the top players.

Whay shouldn't Otto have a bad late game? They are really fast in the early game. Also the idea was just to move it to age 4.

Otto is easily the easiest civ to Play, so it shouldent be good, everything else is not fair, for the People playing Japan for example.

well there are still 4 Players pro Germany and tow against it. Nerfing a civ bc of winning mus with like 55% to 45% seems unnecessary. In those situations the better Player will win most likely anyways. Maybe small Changes like 13 to 12 Jeagers or increasing there shipment penalty by a bit in age 3...

i think it would be great though to nerf Germany in a way so you can afterwords lift the Uhlan nerf

Generally speaking every civ prefers a food/wood start over a gold start because gold isn't very useful in age1. But i agree, japan is a lot more hindered by a gold start than other civs are. Not sure if there is a fix for this problem, except fixed crates that most people don't like. my main Probl...
