Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
Doesn’t the normal adult male burn around 2000 calories a day? That’s without much exercise. If you’re consistently lifting you may not be eating enough. I’m the opposite of a lifter\body builder but it sounds like you’re eating too little, maybe? If you’re lifting quite a bit you probably shouldn’t...

Re: What's your most controversial opinion?
Yes, very controversial. Especially when you say it like that. As if having a child has now been classified as parasitic. Quite disgusting.Victor_swe wrote:Maybe the unborn baby is just a parasite parasiting on the womans body and she can do whatever she want with it.
Would that count as a controversial opinion?

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
You should try biking or get back into light running. Just light stuff, nothing crazy. It’s so good and the feeling after working out is pretty addicting. Go for a light jog or some session before work and then you’re motivated/ready for the rest of the day. Don’t have to do anything crazy, just get...

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
Some people do take a day off but it’s honestly quite hard to get higher mileage with a day off. Saturday’s are usually the easiest days, where I’ll go an easy 9 or sometimes an easy AM 9 miles and then another PM 4. It’s actually to the point where if I take a day off, I feel worse haha Running is...

@iNcog the altitude really helps as well. Guessing you’re at around 5000ft, which is real solid
