Re: haudenosaunee vs japan
Ahah that's a smart move, i have so many things in my mind which make this things probably worth it and weird to my opponent (like build your farm next to a gold mine to prevent swe to torp the mine)

Re: haudenosaunee vs japan
I've always had trouble in this matchup. The best way I've found to deal with Japan is to go for a fast ageup build with a farm/tp for fast kanya/aenna pressure. But I suppose you are relying on your opponent making mistakes with these types of builds. Forward farm or in base? Fb, you want surround...

Other probleme is yumi can deal with fp and you don't have a very good hand cav ^^sebnan12 wrote:Well problem for iro is they cant falc musk push so japan can wall yumi ashi and type gg

Re: France vs Japan
That was a commot build though. I am not sure the japan player want send 5 yumi middle of the map and musk are more usefull in age 3. But i am not against xbow/pik semi ^^[Armag] diarouga wrote:The issue with musk semi is that you have nothing to deal with 5 yumis.

Re: France vs Japan
Never heard about semi pik vs japan as pik is not really a unit you want in age 3 and they are countered by ashi. I think semi 10/15 musk (pressure shrine) into musk/falc into skirm/cuir was meta before the 12/10, and should work well.

Re: haudenosaunee vs japan
Same feeling u2403 . u13496 that's not great as it delay your 5 vill and you don't realy hurt his eco. Most of the time, i am doing a semi ff with farm age 1, 5 vill/4 cav/800 res with 15/20 aenna but i don't know how i can hurt his eco on very oppen map (as you...

Is it the same for all of those units? like fp/ruyter etc.. ?Hazza54321 wrote:Its always the case and its the reason why cassadors scale off fortress stats because theres no such thing as an age 2 cassador. Re: Civilization Baby Steps
The best civ to began is otto (imo) because you can focus your mind on somes points of the game without thinking at others, which is the best way to learne someting. You have nothing special to do in age 1, so you can focus on herding, then you can focus on treasure micro without thinking about your...

Re: ruyters are lame
Poisson thinks the ducth is the weakest civ and he wants to nerf ruyters because they are strong against the falc I think dutch is just too strong vs spain, so nerf their culv, sorry... their ryuter, is a first step, the next step is to reduce the gold trickl and increase the amount of bank you can...
