From the apparent PC specs displayed on screenshot there is literally no reason why the game should be lagging (PC lag) on soldier's part. Old games can behave weirdly on newer hardware though.

Knusch should have been 7 in stead of TLS. TLS should have been way lower, Samwise12 could have been bit lower too given his recent form and tournament results.
