Re: Universities
why are you comparing texas state, ole miss and Stanford? at least stanford>vanderbilt>UT Austin would make more sense if you want to stick with these states/relatively large schools and all would be fine with the student you described I believe, especially stanford since they love save the planet p...

0.5mg melatonin under the tongue for sleep onset insomnia. didn't bother trying since according to friends it just seems to help you fall asleep, while my main issue is staying asleep. Bought GABA which didn't seem to do anything. Ashwagandha seems to be slightly working though GABA doesn't cross t...

While I'm sure it works the idea is to be able to somewhat function the next morning. Tried 3 different herbal teas with honey though including chamomile and valerian, didn't do anything

Re: Official insomnia thread
It will definitely help to fall asleep but not really staying asleep. Just experienced 13 days of insomnia earlier this February, exhausting myself mentally/physically practically every day to sleep yet waking up after 1-3hrs and wide awake the rest of the night. Had to read about sleep hygiene for ...

Re: dirty money, new netflix documentary
Let me guess, the jews control everything. That's what the Pleiadians want you to think. I actually read a little description of the documentary. I think Gendarme made a thread about the topic, but I've never really looked deep into this stuff before. I might watch it after Passion of the Christ an...

Re: ESO Community challenge
somehow I almost never assume that people here troll (from my undertanding= not being genuine, wanting to annoy people). I just see these posts as a person trying to be funny and sometimes it is, nothing more than that. Taking the people Jerom mentioned, to me they don't troll, just people having di...

ESOC is the only online forum I check daily since a few years now, hope that won't happen Generally speaking I don't define wh...

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread
due to shoulder injury, running/cycling/rowing almost everyday provides a decent 50min workout followed by a 10-15min sauna session if I have time. I find that running helps in dealing with stress/anxiety arguably better than weightlifting, although I never really did both at the same time so it's t...

Re: Trust in institutions
As far as I remember, I checked the link to one of your point, found the research paper and realised the data was biased (looked at it few mins, would have to double check to make sure) then gave up because I would have to study each link with the corresponding paper that way which would probably ta...

Re: Milkyway vs Snickers
I'd probably go for Kinder Bueno if I were to buy chocolate bars in bulk, a mix of the dark and white ones. I used to eat dozens of them when playing video games with friends. I never felt like eating more than one snickers/milky way bar, but would probably pick snickers between the two. Clif bars a...

just watched the games and didn't get that suicide push neither while he could have won it buying some more time with raids for a proper timing. I think you'd look better without suspenders. I think pink bowtie is great; I wear pink shirts quite often. Glasses look great too. There is a difference between a pink bowtie and a pink shirt. First, I wouldn’t wear a bow tie unless it’s for a party/wedding/special event. If for some reason I woul...
