You want to only make segments that are possible to turn to gates, but you want to make them as short as possible.
i.e: You should NOT make wall segments as long as possible, but you should avoid the short segments that are not gateable. I think this is what lesllamas ment.

Build limiterad is fine the way it is just like Gichtenlord say. Fixing the mapscrews should be enough, i.e. No team get tp or both get tp and no more tc start att the edge of the map and equal ress distribution.

I agree to the most part, but as with most things there are exceptions. TEAM Medecin is rly nice if you got a otto team mate. Boosts their boom quite much.

For weak eco civs like sioux and dutch, i'd say Ger is the best no op civ to have in tm. Tm mill, sw and cav attack is rly nice. They can also easily split and give ress. I think it could be good if daimos wasnt allowed to train units close to enemy first tc. It is insane that 1 unit slinking trough your wall can turn into 10 musk or even mortars.

Imo changes should be as few and small as possible. Civs like britt, ger, port, spain are fine as they are. Lb??s: Lot of talk have been about lb's sniping organs, but britt vs port is a rly even matchup already, perhaps even in ports favour, so do not get why u have to make britt worse in that mu. ...
