French Veteran Hus or Cuir?

Cuir are best but only make them if you can afford it. There is no point in killing your economy if you can only get 5 cuir out of it. Also, as ovi said, upgrade your huss if you have a lot. Otherwise send them to the back of your opponents' bases and raid.

This is not a documentary - liberties were taken for the sake of balance and entertainment purposes, as well as variety.

who has the strongest germans?

Define "strongest". As Garja said, 90% of German players go uhlan semi every game, so it is hard to consider that skillful or unique play. I consider skill with a certain civ to be having a thorough understanding of multiple strategies. By that standard, H20 is probably the best.

Yeah, tap the spacebar. It certainly takes less time and effort than messing with files.

Am I reading this correctly? Are you saying that Portugal is TOO GOOD? Have you ever played this game before? Every single civ in this game beats them handily!

Are vanilla players overrated?

By definition, the more concepts and trades you grasp, the more skilled you are. Good TAD players have mastered all 6 of the European civs, plus the 6 expansion civs. Therefore, TAD players>nilla players. You cannot claim to be on an equal footing with TAD players when you have only experienced hal .....

Dutch are hardly a top civ on nilla. They aren''t as bad as they are on TAD, but that is only because there are fewer civs for them to be beaten by on nilla lol. You should only play Dutch if you love to FF (because that''s the only strategy you will be using) .....

1v1 or team?

I am slit about even on team and 1v1 games because they involve completely different play styles. Whereas 1v1 often involves intense micro and carefully executed strategies, team games are more a measure of team coordination. Team games also tend to last longer and be more forgiving of minor mistakes.

I meant offline singleplayer. The majority of gamers never even go online, either because they are a)too young, b)don''t have internet access, or c)have no desire to.

As far as I am concerned, the biggest problem for AoEO was not having single player. There are actually very few RTS players who go online, so excluding that demographic was not a good idea.
