Nah that's too good for team games . Artillery isn't really their problem. I have been playing them on EP a ton, and I defintetly think that their starts make them too inconsistent compared to other civs, and that sowars are one of the worst age 2 cavalry units, even with 3 cards. Its not, and it will never be completely balanced, if such thing even exists. There are so many combinations, especially in team play, so its near impossible to achieve complete balance. 2 tiers is probably best we could hope to see with esoc patch....

China, Dutch and Japan can rely on esoc walls to hold rushes? Walls shouldn't be a free hold to a rush. The game would honestly be much better without them. you can wall chokes or small connections of your base serving the same purpose, making him have to walk to your vills or units in not a idle way. Like yumi behind a wall you can't just stand there and siege it no mater how much HP it has. I mean yea going full water & no units for 15 minutes an...

I know they were too good on re, but now with 50% hp and LOS reduction(which is good change) they are barely viable. What do you think, are walls nerfed to the ground?

For late age 3 engagements it can be a problem, because advance arsenal is the only way to properly upgrade cassas without aging. You have CIR from a regular Arsenal, which is actually very good on EP. I meant that you'd rather age up to the Industrial in most games as Ports than needed to send a C...

Why would it be a bad change to remove colonial militia? So many people have said that it is a sub-optimal card, but people still send it and it can be game-winning against civs that are going to be aggressive. Ports feel so fake on EP rn. I played a game as russia vs. ports on RE and it actually felt like a real game. However, my opponent and myself noted how Colonial Militia is way too strong for ports. Ofc I was playing russia and CM is OP against russia, but I have felt this against other civs as well...
