Probably not. However Steam is having a sale and the expansions have all the Vanilla civs and more. All of the strategies you know still work on TAD.

Should be a way to make sure this is always enabled when you install the EP. Should have to just set a line of code to true.

It'd require reworking it entirely, and coming up with ideas on how it should work with units that already have area damage, while all at the same time not effecting balance or current game meta.... Sigh... It's just a broken tool and should have been removed or revamped long ago.

You could label them bugs I suppose. But a few of them would have to be custom made... For instance mace shoot musket balls instead of rocks. There isn't a rock projectile thus one would need to be created. I separated them from bugs cause to an extent because ES created them that way intentionally ...
