Re: One Piece thread
I laughed so hard when they put it on the anime. There wasn't in the manga, so maybe it's indeed written later and reddit could be correct.

Re: Autumn Tournament Finals This Weekend!
It would be fun, to have a completely new map in the finals' mappool, and see how quickly the tops adapt. Maybe next tourney?

Re: imagine there's another H2O in our world
What would alternate dimension H2O be called? Supa Hot Fire? Ο2Η However, assuming a rock-paper-scissors dynamic, rushes should work on "cheesy" FFs or card based strategies (ATP, Advanced Church etc) for example, even with proper defending. The current meta is leaning on a fortress game ...

Map Overview
There has been a discussion on maps about being standard, promoting a certain way of playing, balance and so on. Inspired by the guides done in an older AoE3 forum, I did a template and a first overview of one of the newest maps of the ESOC map-pool, and personal favourite, Jebel Musa. Expect more! ...

Re: Worst RE map?
They have guides were they suggest strategies for each map. There we can prove how bad they are

Edit: btw reviewing maps and do a pros and cons lists is interesting and solve the problem of whether ESOC maps are good or bad

Deccan makes rushes even quicker and it isn't famous for having plenty of hunts.

There are so many games about WW, also developers have never wanted to focus on a world war era game. I agree with the world idea though.

Re: Which one would piss you more?
Lag should be added. It hurts more the defender on rushes, who tries to protect their eco, while attacker smashes everything on the town. Losing units for free can be frustrating.

Re: What would you want to see in an AoE4?
It could be more focused on the earlier part of the 2 centuries of aoe3, i.e. 1500-1700, which seems neglected imo. Also I would like to see a more complex battling system in which weather and terrain is involved. An example for these can be found in the campaign where units lose hp in extreme cold ...

There are not even all of them there. I've noticed Oda, in post-Fishman Island arcs, setting the Straw Hats a lot time apart.

Re: One Piece thread
Opinions on the current arc? Oda definately consistent on his patterns. The latest chapters are awesome!! If there are a few battles of the weaker members it could reach my top favourites.
