Re: The Sex Industry
I often wonder how differently the world would react to things like this if it was something that primarily affected men's income. But the ban is on porn, not on any particular sex. Not sure why you'd think that an anti-porn measure is anti-women. Because sex workers are primarily women. Regardless...

I often wonder how differently the world would react to things like this if it was something that primarily affected men's income. Regardless, the ban isn't that big of a deal. There are plenty of other sites where people can sell their porn. The only people who will really be affected by this are n...

Omfg I just realised the Tower of Babel fable is about multiculturalism and how it fails galaxy_brain.jpg How so? Has anyone ever had a paranormal encounter? :devilrazz: Yes My thought on unexplained phenomena is that we live in a multiverse. Each universe is in a kind of bubble or wave. Sometimes ...

Re: COVID-19 / Coronavirus Outbreak
A friend of mine also have 2 shots, now she is sick with corona. To counter this anecdotal evidence, a friend of mine went to a party with a group of 12 (government decided to yolo it so it was legal). It ended up being a superspreading event. He was the only fully vaccinated one of those 12 and 'c...

Re: COVID-19 / Coronavirus Outbreak
GS and I had our second shot on Tuesday and had pretty much zero side effects other than feeling a little tired. For the first shot, I did have some very mild side effects, but nothing crazy. However, my arm hurt for a really long time and I had a pretty bad bruise for like 2 weeks. This time, arm p...

I don't like this thread. Lots of bad takes and people trying to be edgy.
Don't like it?! Don't read it then, bitch.

@Goodspeed would agree with you, and well, science does too. Regardless, I'm going to continue to lather up because not doing so feels gross to me.RefluxSemantic wrote:This might be an unpopular opinion, but people overuse soap.

Good to know but maybe she just said that shes not interested because she didnt wanted to hear another lecture of u about how stupid a show is and how only average people can like it Nah, if I'm interested in watching something and he isn't interested, then I'll watch it myself. We have similar tas...

Have you even seen the size of the NL. It's tiny af. Considering the population density, there are many more trees than expected here. Considering that the NL exports an obscene amount of food to other countries, I think we're doing our part to better the world.

It's so cute seeing all the flags that are out on King's Day. It does make me wonder why people don't just always have their flags out like they do in the States. What is this cultural difference of showcasing the country's flag? Americans have their flags out all the time, not just on the 4th of Ju...
