It'd be very close, probably yes I'd say? Unfortunately this build doesn't work as well if 8 skirms comes first unless you get them with the halbs as they pop out.

Imo, if you get a 200w start you should get an early TP and go 10/10, otherwise the normal age up is 2:40 and not 2:45. If you aged with 13vills, you should be able to chop for a TP while aging and it shouldn't delay your age up so you should do it. Good suggestions, I didn't think of 10/10 on 200w...

I'm just thinking that it would be easy to mod ships so that they don't beat land unit, I don't think that was ever their role anyway (in game or historically). i feel brits should get a fast age to age 3, because theyre usually colonial for along time and taking soo long to age is gonna put them even further behind And fast age up means they d semi ff and be op.
