Re: Should Serbia be banned?

Serbia are good and probably a top 5 civ but it wasn't necessary to exclude them.

The only one that did need to go was Japan since there was a huge gulf between them and the rest of the pack.

Luckily there are still so many civs to choose from it shouldn't really matter either way. :P

Re: Cohenski vs. Alucard

My client is not required to answer your mundane queries @Mitoe.

However should he choose to do so out of the kindness of his heart I recommend that the tournament admins should grant him a 1-0 lead going into the series!

Re: Kaiserklein vs. QueenOfdestiny BO31 25%HC

lol u really think you would 2v1 vs 2x first lts? and win that 20-10? I played a ton of handicap games a number of years back and that's actually pretty accurate. The limit for 1v2 is 1st lt assuming the 1st lts have not been told an effective handicap strategy. You can also 1v3 sergeants. I rememb...

Re: HealthCare

I think I'll leave the conversation to the experienced off-toppers. As it's a topic that has had an impact on my life it's easy to get too passionate and make stupid posts like my last one.

Re: HealthCare

That website does use very vague terms, I wouldn't use them to measure healthcare aspects. I'm sorry what? "Vague terms?" What in the flying fuck are you on about? This has to be the dumbest comment I've ever read on this entire site. Literally everything is sourced, everything. Every sin...

Re: HealthCare

http://www.commonwealthfund.org/interactives/2017/july/mirror-mirror/ I disagree completely with that. I've seen no evidence that other developed countries have better health outcomes than private-insured Americans. It's just a myth, a very popular one in Europe. Really? I just googled "health...

Re: MU of the week: Sioux versus Portuguese on Arizona

I didn't realize berries had been removed from the new Arizona, could be quite a close match without the additional safe food.

I will say on water maps though Port is probably the best counter to Sioux. Double dock naked FF and just stay in your base and you can't be touched.

Re: Adding past patches to Launcher

Hi Not so much a technical support issue but a hopeful request. Is it a difficult endeavor to add previous patches to the launcher as options? In particular, rts-sanctuary FP 1.2 ( 6 ), and / or TAD 1.01a. Regarding FP1.2, I cannot even install it using the rts-sanctuary installer due to my game be...

Re: HealthCare

unless you establish whether or not administrative costs are linked to total expenses (aka, administrative costs are higher when total costs are higher), you're not going to resolve this dispute. just saying. It's not a direct relationship but it's fairly close. Just look at the graph he posted tho...

Re: HealthCare

I think you've got it backwards. In this analogy it is Medicare that would cost $10,000 per beneficiary, not private health insurance. Medicare has higher administrative costs, in actual dollars, but since Medicare's total expenses are so drastically higher than those of private health insurance, M...

Just a quick reply to this before I respond to your previous post. Number 1, if I'm really wrong about something, simply pointing it out would be much more productive than accusing me of dishonesty. :| Regarding Medicare's administrative costs, nothing I said was false. Medicare does have higher ad...

7 , okay, so I take it our next topic of discussion is comparing America to Europe. I will reply today or tomorrow. I mean sure, if you're genuinely interested in it. Re: HealthCare

Well thanks for the reply. I'll address your con list considering that your prior spiel ties into that and supports that. - Health outcomes worse than the private insured and the uninsured So this isn't true. There seems little consensus with respect to research comparing the outcomes of patients un...

shameless promotion here Haha, not at all! Re: Make your EP4 tiers list

While that's a great post and all I think people are slightly missing the initial intentions of the thread.

I suspect Ottomans is the highest, not because I think it is the strongest but for other reasons.

We already have a EP balance poll for balance tier lists.
