I was not trying to win at casino too, but when I lost they didn't cancel my bet. I don't get the logic of canceling bets over not trying. If you think a player was suppose to win 90% and didn't because of any reason, and bidders lost points it is acceptable and a part of life. Accept it and move on...

Wasn't the pop cost change for Abus the starting point?

1.5 pop will probably not work, because they mostlikely used Integer numbers to implement pop. An ugly workaround would be to multiply max pop and every units pop by 10 another workaround would be to make abus train in batches of 2 And how does that work with 3 pop? I believe it is similar to Skrel...

That is an interesting idea. Houses have to be upgraded to make sure they support 100 pop per house? Will these effect other civs?
Not a programmer, but sounds more than just a normal change.

If abus is 1.5, and you have odd number abus in army. What will the pop count as?
Like 5 abus = 7.5 pop, will be taken as next whole number?

And this 0.5 increment, will it result in decrease in otto pop throughout the game?

Sorry to be harsh in first comment, but judging by the ELO i see 94% french and 6% german, so that makes it mainly a french player, also from the last game details, you made 7 mortars, 9 horse art and no culv.
