i honestly think oromo migration should be completely reworked. my idea would be 1 vill for every 2 minutes that has passed, caps at 10 vills/0 min. literally anything would be better than 20vill undo button

like, if chaos affected 2 or 3 units, tops, 5 min+ cooldown, and had a very limited range where the explorer is at risk of face tanking 5 heavy cannon its one thing, right? its cheesy but not a lot worse than aztec swashbuckler.

went into the editor to test oromo. heres some preliminary results
1. they are 100% hand cav when fired on by skirmishers, doing like 8 damage per shot (penalty + rr) so its very consistent
2. they still lose to an equal pop of skirms if they dont switch to melee

i should mention that the berber vills aren't actually any better, just more expensive. there's some funny behaviour with those vills and they seem to be affected less by gathering techs

javelin cav have way more melee hp than gascenya, and its not even close
