Epl games often but there are same ppl who play and every other just watching so it seems not big motivation for casual games

To be fair there is not variety of civs on this tournay, allmoat all games with same civs Allmost all games there is at least one spain and after spain botto so often too India russ dutch allmost never And if on past tournays india were picked often and spain very rarely and that was balance problem...

Nowdays also seems useless that maps, they are not on tournament map sets and when I play vs tp dependent civ oponents just resign when they get no tp map

Sepoy are so scaring, and BR as well imo. I think Zoi patch without tp radius / xp trickl are not so bad. I like your idea about xbow/lb/pik/halb a lot. I think, from Zoi patch : - spain is fine (without xp trickl / tp radius), no need rodo buff - iro is fine (maybe -10% rr from MR or a slight nerf...
