how about look at the bigger picture here. instead of nerfing one card to oblivion you can give slight nerfs to many aspects. as suggested in my post before. nerf the svea card as kaiser suggested at first fine. company it with other nerfs. there are plenty ways for one to nerf a civ. indirect nerfs...
