easiest vs a naked ff is train 5 pikes siege the tp and follow up so just 2sw 3sw 700c then you can usually go 1000w 1000c into whichever mercs you need
try to force a fight right after cav combat because your army starts dropping off a bit after that

vills have a quite large hidden siege bonus vs those

It should still work normally but one thing to note about intervention is that it won't cancel sending like a normal unit shipment if you lose all shipment points and you'll never get the units even if you rebuild a shipment point. Maybe this happened to you?

Maybe -50f since every other civ is copping something like this. Last time I was active I ended up playing a bit of france vs brit and you lose your mid-map TP virtually every single game at like 6 minutes and there's nothing you can do just because of the typical age 2 time disparity.

I think getting rid of the free stagecoach would be a good start though I'm not even sure how impactful it'd be since I'm pretty sure I've seen no-TP builds working just fine with these civs. Also maybe toning back EVERYTHING shadowteching.
