Julian qualified, the decider match is the loser of the upper bracket and winner of the lower bracket. Just standard Win 2 matches to qualify or lose 2 matches to be eliminated.

Gotta be floko, he went from being not good at all literally 4 weeks ago to qualifying for the biggest event in years.
