Why can't community have it's voice?
The community is the team. Nope. The community exists in an administrative framework that the team runs in constant cooperation with the community. The team is a part of the community that manages site and events for it. To deny that there are hierarchical differences is absurd and far from reality.

All decisions of the team are for the sake of the community. Neuron was also beneficial for the community, but he was not for the team. And since the fate of this community always boils down to the proper functioning of the team, the decision was also made for the sake of the community. @goldenicon...

@gibson Man, you ruined the joke. Go, nerd yourself.
@Jerom Wow, you're really that dumb, are you? I know burgers are not flipped at McD. Have you heard of sarcasm at some point in your life?

@neuron Ahh, you know, now that you're off the team, it's veery easy to play the innocent, generous guy that never had no problem with anything. But everyone in the team chat knows you've been acting like the complete opposite in that particular debate as it's been behind closed doors. And you know ...

@neuron Wow , you're such a hero man. If you knew how many people I have helped in 8 years regarding modding or whatsoever without taking the credits for it, you'd probably withdraw your cute UI mod you did at one evening. I've done small personal mods for people too (longer than one evening), fixed...

Well, I leave it up to you cracks if you truly think that the masterminds behind this community (of which some are the best AoE3 players around) that have invested so much time, efforts and money into this would decide all in unity (!) to kick someone like Neuron out of blue sky . How much sense doe...

Jerom, and who are you to know things better? Your "feeling" for Neuron is not more worth than the knowledge and first-hand experience of the team members.

Kicked people are always upset, no matter if the kick was justified or not. Neuron is incompatible with the team and the team does not trust him. What else do you need to know? And I really beg to differ: While Neuron might have been popular in the forum due to the visibility of his actions, he was ...

Dear non-team people: May I ask how many more team members it takes for you suspicious people to consider the team may have good reasons in distrusting and kicking Neuron? You guys know nothing about the internal friction with Neuron, but you act like you'd know better how it's to work with Neuron ...

The forum users just have never seen how it was like to work with Neuron internally. It's a hell of a difference. It's like with politicians you know. They appease the public to become popular, but behind closed curtains they play dirty. Neuron's just not the innocent lamb he wants to make the peopl...

Americans are basically a version of Russia. They have musk and rifle rider units that are insanely cheap and easy to spam. Yes, it''s like Russia and France combined without the deficits. The spam ability will be kept, but the units are going to be nerfed. I think Austria and Swiss are the most OP...
