My argument are, on certain map (like borneo) water is unstoppable with some civ, and combinate that with elemeti/mamal age 3 is totaly insane.

Idk how brit can beat iro. Fr sux hard against iro, semiff iro destroy all french. You said brit is good against iro becouse you loose lordrapha with your iro and you have tendance too generalize one game. Sioux and otto are probable the best against iro (and india/german are not so so bad).

Statistic said fr vs hollo is a little more better for fr but not incredible and same for aztek against jap.

Iam agree with garja, civ ban is not a good way. If you restrict op civ one game by BO (and not one win like the pkclan) you can include iro/otto.
