So france, the strongest treaty faction; and as far as i can tell also a pretty amazing 1 vs 1 atm. get only 1 nerf, and it is a meme -50 food.
could they at least have nerfed wilderness warfare or something to go along with it?

Re: Update 13088
u12386 blueberries won't work for not yet built torps mate, it's a change I had not understood this part. Seems like the card will never be worth it in supremacy then. frankly i dont think the card will be any better in say treaty, i really dislike trying to balance something by ...

Re: Remove a civ
i would say Lakota or Inca. lakota is just, well they are lame, in both early and late game scenarios, they have essentially no siege ability, except the old dog box stuff. idk how to fix the faction in a way that makes them useful in the late game while still making them fun to play against. inca, ...

Re: Let's talk underrated units!
lancers, somewhat tanky (esp with upgrades) and while the base dmg is nothing to write home about the bonus vs inf and the spanish missionairs can buff it up significantly, they are a threat to all infantry except the strongest melee inf (samurai and dopps) though admittedly they are weaker against ...

Re: Shaping The Development of AoE3:DE
forgotten empires almost certainly wont touch AOE 3, AOE 3 is a 3d game which is beyond the usual scope for people with no program experience if it is truly to be made up to date. Note that they did touch AoM:EE, so there is some precedent there. Nothing is certain, though. they did? didn't know th...

Re: Age of Empires: Definitive Edition is delayed until 2018
what bugs could they possibly get? i mean dont they practically take an already fully functioning game and then just add some extra skins and change some stat value? i cant see how that would create bugs. They have been fiddling with the game's pathfinding and also relaunching the game's online mul...

Re: AOE3:DE Proposal To Microsoft
anyways about balancing changes there need to be some, personally i am not really a fan of the direction ESOC patch is in so i hope they do it "scratch". Do you mind if I ask what you dislike about the EP approach? i feel like it is a bit of a symptom treatment of 1 v 1 faction balance. i...

Re: AOE3:DE Proposal To Microsoft
yeah the 10 cards an age restriction is annoying, though i guess Japan would be pretty OP without it as almost all their worthwhile cards are age 3. anyways about balancing changes there need to be some, personally i am not really a fan of the direction ESOC patch is in so i hope they do it "sc...

Re: Shaping The Development of AoE3:DE
Havent read all the posts here but my suggestion would be, if possible, to have seperate balance for sup, tr, dm. If it's impossible then I hope they just focus on sup. Hopefully the devs have ties to the community - I would say it's impossible for them to not be on this forum if they are commited....

Re: Shaping The Development of AoE3:DE
i wished they would buff some of the worst units a bit, like most single target melee infantry is pretty shit in the game (like why are rodeleros more expensive than musketeers if they have the same melee dmg the same health but no range attack, the speed and resist doesn't remotely make up for that...

Re: Rumours of AOE4 closed-alpha/beta
so if i get this right he is saying that it wont be the time periode most people think it would be? the time periods we have atm are ca 10.000 before our time to around 100 before our time in AOE 1, then AOE 2 is around 600 to around 1500 and AOE 3 is around 1450 to 1876 (culmination of the sioux re...
