Re: The Last Cover Mode Disciple
No this is a deliberate nerf because people have been complaining (for no reason imo) about Aztecs, shotels, chimu runners, etc.

Re: AOE3DE Patch for Build 15.30007
Cover removed from shock infantry is huge and undeserved nerf imo. AK classified as HI infantry makes no sense. TEAM Ranged Infantry Attack (III): Now improves Ranged Infantry damage only by +10% (down from 15%), but grants extra +5% to French and Hausa players. Card renamed to TEAM Tirailleurs Séné...

Re: China efficient age2 build
By the way Tea Export can also be sent as 2nd age1 card in the standard FF whenever you don't need a unit shipment in age2 to defend and don't need Intervention (Brit cons). For example against Dutch. In that case it's very similar to sending 700c 700w 600w but I'd say it's still a superior version ...

Re: China efficient age2 build
If you want to send both refugees and tea export, might it not be better to do the 3 village build instead? like here https://eso-community.net/viewtopic.php?t=24133 with 3 village you get enough xp to send tea export as well and a 4 vil pop in age 1 is a lot more eco transitioning into age 2 In ad...

Re: China efficient age2 build
To be specific I mean when you're sending 2 cards in age 1. It's virtually never worth it to send cards like 2 CDB or 2v after you've already send 3 CDB or 3v. It's simply better to save the card for the next age. It takes about 10 minutes for 2 villagers to be equivalent to 600w (as opposed to ~6....

Re: China efficient age2 build
Well it fits the build. 2v is not a bad card when you don't have better alternatives (well with China you do, but they don't quite work with the build). For example, double village doesn't give the exp for the card progression and tea export alone is pretty useless and you end up with not enough eco...

China efficient age2 build
This is a good build for China age2 play. It is actually fairly basic (I know there are already similar builds) yet very smooth and efficient. I think that compared to other age2 China builds this one maximes the amount of units you get at any point in age2 (except for sub 7 min where more rushy bui...

Re: Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition – Update 15.30007
Seems like a very scared patch. ... I don't expect civ power levels to be affected that much by the patch at all. Well, I guess I'd rather have a scared patch than a patch that introduces a bunch of new OP stuff. It's a good patch exactly because it has mostly small tweaks, even tho I firmly disagr...

Re: Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition – Update 15.30007
I think lock was a good buff. Yes organ (and gatlings even more) dps is a bit insane but it's the only way to make the unit legit. Without lock they are at best occasionally good.

Re: Culverins for lakota?
Classic rule is dumb and should be removed from the game (also who has ever changed that setting?). Most of times you don't have to push in. Opponent can't win so you win, cause there is no draw in this game. The only problem is that each game takes forever. Anyway old siege dance would make things ...

Re: Culverins for lakota?
If opponent starts camp walling too ealy Lakota just 3 TC fertility faster than even Ports. That gives soem buffer for lategame. Also trade monopoly if opponent completely gives up map control.

Re: Culverins for lakota?
Ye that's nonsense and bad. As I said tho, mortars are ok, but culverins? Mortars outrange culvs which means that you can always snipe culvs with other units, especially BR. If anything I'd revert all the stupid nerfs they did on the multipliers, which also include the one vs vills and the vs artill...

Re: Culverins for lakota?
Cav civ needing culvs? There must be some logical fallacy somewhere. hausa is also a cav civ and they have everything, and yet its still hard to deal with artilley wall as hausa, mmh same weakness with lakota aka no siege ( siege dance got nerfed in case ) Hmm Hausa is more like Iro they're not a f...
