all streams seems to have quality options these days as long as the viewer count is lke 20+ and it has to be up for about 30 min or so. So dont worry

ye that used to be the case but recently many more just got quality options. Perhaps has to do with that Twitch wants to keep us broadcasters when soon the Youtube gaming platform launches.. who knows. For now its good
