Hi, i tried to install the patch but i get this, i deleted and reinstalled it but i got same message everytime. I can launch offical game but i can't play esoc...
If someone can help a noob like me, would be good :)

i get this message : "an error occurred while trying to replace the existing file : deleteFile failed; code 5. accès refusé"

Did you trying running the installer as administrator? if its refusing access thats likely the problem

migth be your anti virus not allowing it. happened to me something similar

hmm, i tried runing as administrator but nothing changes, same when i close my anti virus. I also get this message : "setup was unable to automatically close all applications. it is recommended that you close all applications using files thats need to be updated by setup before continuing." but i have closed everything so i don't get it..

Did u use task Manager to check if anything was running in the background?

yeah, nothing is in the background..
