Strelets are too expensive

Honestly it looks like a blatant bug. Should be fixed asap.

And filed under "bug fixes" as it would certainly not affect balance at all.

Or maybe it's just that russia's bonus is 25% cheaper food and gold costs for units while being 20% worse. Just like how the portuguese consulate only affects building food and wood costs.

Even if that was true, the inclusion of the coin cost reduction effect would be incorrect. I find it much more plausible that the effect was set up with the wrong resource. From a logical standpoint, it just doesn't make sense that strelets should be discounted less while receiving the same stat debuff.
