Because you dont def well.
The hard things to beat are timings and ff/semi, if you loose to balanced rushes (not iro/otto), thats because you dont master china.
You also loose to russia/azzy though but still, thats only 4 mu.

Old han is okay since it needs:
An Ageup to Industrial.
1000f.
And it makes you units cost 50% more.

You are mostly stucked in your base and can't leave it without old han, you have no real counter to falconets and heavy cannons.
The real problem are the flying crows - if you don't have 3 culvs.
A musk-HC-culv combo does surpsingly well against these blackstars, goodspeeds and bramboy fuckers.

Were balancing sup not treaty.
Your change would balance china in treaty but old han would be even better in sup.

...have you ever played a team game?
You get to play "treaty" whenever a sup game reaches late game.


Your change would balance china in treaty but old han would be even better in sup.

idk, I dont see how taking away 1000 food shipment cost for 25% atk and 25% hp less could make a chinese FI super OP.

I'm talking about 1v1 and I think that it would be a buff.
Team games are a bit closer to treaty tho.
