Cassadors suck indeed but Ports aren't weak wtf.

well I think cass are good as long as you have a goon mass to defend them from cav. Its just the high food cost that is a bit akward (at least I find it difficult to keep spamming cass and villagers non stop)

well, you cant attack while booming.
you need to choose between military and eco.
if we allow them to have enough military while booming from 3 TC's, they will become too OP

You could do that if u added a coin cost of 200 but I prefer just turning it into a Li'l Bombard shipment instead.

Ports get all musk/cass hp/dam cards in industrial age which is pretty late. One should be moved to fortress.

cassadors are even better than all skirms out there (even lbows) and if you make them cheaper, they will become OP and with the 20 range goons, ports will become the best civ and will demolish everyone once it gets in age 4

I don't know of a single good player who thinks Cassadors are better than Skirmishers, and Longbowmen – while ranged infantry – are not a skirmisher unit. They certainly should be a little better than they are.
Also, I'm confident Genitours will not give 6 range for long. I was only discussing Cassadors...

I think both schooner play and genitours are somewhat problematic aspect of port play, but I honestly feel like theyre fine right now. Maybe on the weak side of things but it isnt that bad.
If youd buff them maybe make cassadores slightly less food heavy. Ports run out of food so crazy quickly right now that it might be a little unfair.
EDIT: zois suggested changes are way over the top imo. Not needed to change that heavily right now imo.

Can we make genitours a dragoon combat rather than range, same rangem as a skirm and more range than gurhas, strelets and mace is just ridiculous
