Looking at the bets so far, maybe its an idea to install a minimum bet amount and like per 10 or so? So you dont have to administrate as much and all these 36, 5, etc ?

Also, question. It looks more people have bet on Ramex winning vs Amhaye. How is it then that the payout for ramex winning 2-1 is higher than Amhaye winning 2-1?

Doesn''t matter to me how much people bet, the system does all the math for me so a bet of 36 is just as much work for me as a bet of 100.

The payout for 2-1 ramex is (was, it''s now 15.2) that high because people weren''t betting on the 2-1 result. If you are the only one to bet on 2-1, you are winning everyone else''s money that was on different results. Because there were only 50 points bet on 2-1 and thousands of points on other results, the payout was really high.

Also, about your bet: you can''t bet on you winning 2-1. The reason for this rule is that it would theoretically allow you to lose games on purpose to win at betting ')

Attached the sheet I use (you can also use this to keep up with the odds if you want).

Take a look at sheet "11" for example (round 1 match 1)
In column O are the pay factors (odds).
- The player x winning odds are calculated by taking the sum of all bets divided by the sum of the bets on that player winning (including the bets on each result where he wins).
- The specific result odds are calculated by taking the sum of all bets except the bets on that same player winning divided by the sum of the bets on the specific result.
You can see this in the formulas in O4 through O13.

Then in column M are the points everyone won, calculated based on the odds and the winning columns (which I enter in P15,P16,Q15,Q16). Column R shows the difference between their points before and after the match.

The first sheet (MAIN) shows the points of each better after each round.[span][/span]

Ok guys we ran into some trouble with the remaining MUs:

- Looks like kiljardi vs banyboy is canceled but they have been given an extension so they might still play. The bets on this match still stand.

- Stanley vs ramex12 was played before the weekend but there was some trouble with lag. It looks like the games were still administratively concluded as a 2-0 for ramex, but stay tuned as I may decide not to count this match.
