It turns out I have to work at 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) on saturday. Could we move the game 2 hours sooner to 6PM (GMT+1 time)? This would leave enough time before I have to go to work.

Yes if your 6 pm doesn't work name a time on Sunday. It just can't be later than 7 pm GMT+1.
