Oh. So spawning vills(buildings via triggers, gives you xp? I didnt know that. That would explain it, since there is also a RMS approach to spawn buildings and units, which I used.
-Otto score seems really low. In my scenario I would grant ~20k food (I don't remember the exact amount) after the trade card was sent, IDK if that happens in the RMS or not.
Yeah. I didnt notice that you have trigger which grants food after sending trade. I already put that on my list for the next fixes.
-Germany can get 100 vills by overpopping through the industrial politician. Also, they start with 18 SW (this goes up to 19 with politician), eliminating the need to send Germantown farmers.
I put 19 sws on purpose, so people are forced to send germantown farmers, but I guess I have to reduce the starting sws to sth like ~12-15

Well what I did is I had the 19 SW spawn after Germantown farmers is sent, but idk if that's possible in a RMS.

No, this is RMS. You put it into RM3 (RE Patch) or RMT (Treaty Patch).
