Does anyone use the card that increases their speed but decreases their multiplier vs heavy inf? It seems to me worth it unless you are facing melee infantry, because even if they do less damage to infantry like musks, they will reach them faster and will take less shots as a result. But if u are facing dopps, its obviously a bad idea.

I use the card sometimes as it kind of makes up for the loss of inf speed due to church card. But still speed 4.8 for halbs is not really high speed.
