Deccan is a pretty easy win for Portugal. On Andes I think China is slightly favoured. China throws in so many melee units and rattans, while musketeers are ineffective vs meteor hammers and dragoons are ineffective vs rattans that the explorer advantage of Portugal is nullified by the melee units of China. Chu ko nu also beat dragoons harder than other skirmishers.
